Build & iterate
I build the prototype against your actual data and workflow. You get visibility throughout — not a black box that appears at the end. Mid-point check-in on day 7 to confirm direction.
Demo & decision
Working demo with your team. We review what it proved, what it didn’t, and what a production build would require. If the answer is no-go, you leave with a clear account of why — and what would need to be true before it’s worth revisiting. If it’s go, you have the evidence to make the internal case.

The point of the prototype is to test an assumption — not to sell the next engagement. If the prototype shows the use case doesn’t hold up, I’ll tell you that clearly. If it works, you’ll have the evidence to make the internal case for production.
